Vision

To produce engineering professionals of world class competence with emphasis on value based technical skills, inculcating applied research, innovation and entrepreneurial skills in the areas of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering to lead technical, economic and social development of the society.

Learning Outcomes

Program Outcomes (POs):

PO1: Ability to apply the basic knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering to real-life problems.

PO2: Understand problem identification, formulations, and to conduct experiments, by analysis and interpreting the data.

PO3: Ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political,ethical, health and safety, manufacturability and sustainability.

PO4: Attain the analytical expertise to create, analyze, formulate and solve challenging problems in the field of engineering and also recognize & develop necessary tools for the same.

PO5: Develop technical and management flair to take responsibility for engineering projects and research programs significantly.

PO6: Uncover multidisciplinary approach and co-relate engineering issues to social and human background in a broader sense, in which their engineering helping hand will be utilized.

Program Specific Outcomes (Power System)

PSO1: Apply knowledge of power system configuration, electrical equipment and protection practices to the design and specification of electrical generation, transmission, distribution and utilization systems. 

PSO2: To Design, analyze, test and evaluate the performance of the electrical machines and transformers. 

PSO3: To develop the expertise in the technology associated with efficient conversion and control of electrical power by static means from available form to the required form.

Program Specific Outcomes ( Energy & Environment)

PSO1: Acquire in depth knowledge to design, analyze and evaluate the environmental systems from the global and Indian perspective to provide sustainable solutions to the Environmental Engineering Problems 

PSO2: Develop model, analyze and system simulation for performance evaluation and optimization of energy systems. 

PSO3: Independently carry out research / investigation to solve practical problems and write / present a substantial technical report / document

Program Specific Outcomes (Construction Technology and management)

PSO1: Plan, analyze, design, prepare cost estimates and execute all kinds of Civil Engineering Projects.

PSO2: Apply modern construction techniques, equipment and management tools so as to complete the project within specified time and funds.

Program Specific Outcomes (Product Design and Manufacturing)

PSO1: Design products, select materials and process, perform simulation and analysis for automobile, consumer goods, machine tools and allied industries.

PSO2: Apply the knowledge of quality, ergonomics, product life cycle management and costing to engineering products and systems
