PSO1: Understand population needs, assets and capacities that affect community’s health. Demonstrate quality management techniques, principles of leadership, policy development, budgeting and program management in the planning, implementation and evaluation of health programs.
PSO2: Understand the relationship between behavioural, social and cultural factors and community health, that impact individual & population health and health disparities over the life course.
PSO3: Define epidemiologic methods to analyse patterns of disease and injury to identify and apply appropriate statistical methods to describe and analyse a public health problem by operational research in institutional and field settings.
PSO4: Gain knowledge about efficient and equitable allocation of resources and development of strategies to promote cost-effective healthcare and generate scientific approach to reduce cost of care
