Mr. Shashikant Singhi is a B.Arch. (honours) from J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. He has professional expertise and wide-ranging experience in various prestigious assignments for the design and construction of institutions, public buildings, and industrial houses. Shri. Shashikant Singhi was actively involved in architecture and project management consultancy during 1985–1999 in Jaipur. During this period, he was responsible for the timely completion of many large projects. His experience and understanding of the workings of educational institutions and their phase-wise development processes have helped make Poornima Institutions the most functionally developed campuses.

Since 2000, he has been associated with the Poornima Group and has been responsible for the planning, development, and monitoring of all Poornima institutions. He has fulfilled the diversified needs of the development process, including those of finance, approvals, admissions, and human resources development, to the overall satisfaction of all stakeholders. Currently, he is handling the educational institutes located in Jodhpur.

Dr. Suresh Chandra Padhy, a senior Academician with administrative and governance experience has taken over as the President (Vice Chancellor) of Poornima University, Jaipur (Rajasthan) from May 2019. Dr. Padhy began his academic career as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Sri Balaji Group of Institutes at Pune in 1998, rising to become the Director (Academics) of the entire group of Institutes in the year 2003 and continued upto 2014. From 2014 onwards he was appointed as Director of Balaji Institute of International Business under the aegis of Sri Balaji Society, Pune till he joined with Poornima University in 2019.

Dr. Padhy brings with him a rich blend of academics, professional integrity and administrative competence. He was one of the key contributors of building a group of B-Schools from inception to one of the well-known groups in India. His impeccable and proven track record as an able and a visionary administrator has enabled him to excel in various leadership roles he played during his career span of 30years.

He is socially very active and has made significant contributions in a number of areas. Networking with people is his core strength. His visionary outlook, outstanding leadership and passion for education have resulted in Dr. Padhy being part of multiple high-powered committees in various institutions and organisations. Currently, he has taken over as Secretary, National HRD Network, Jaipur Chapter. Before joining the Academics, he has served in the prestigious Indian Army for 7 years as Hav(clk) in Maratha LI where he has undertaken all kind of office/administrative duties in both peace and field areas including the boarder and uncongenial climatic conditional areas. He has also worked as Head – HR of CG CoreEl Logic Systems Ltd (a start-up), at Pune for a short term where he has undertaken the entire gamut of HR and its operations.

In his role as Director of Infrastructure, Sh. Hari Singh has been the guiding force behind numerous successful projects, contributing significantly to the growth and development of our institutions. His journey with Poornima Group is a testament to his unwavering commitment and dedication. Sir is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in construction and construction management. His proficiency in overseeing the planning, execution, and timely completion of projects has been a cornerstone of our infrastructure success.

At the age of 59, he brings forth a wealth of expertise, making him a valuable asset to any organization. He did Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate in Social Science, P.G. Diploma in Labor Laws, Labor Welfare, and Personnel Management (Gold Medalist) and also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB)

Holding a master's degree in family business management from the esteemed S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and certified as an architect by the Council of Architecture - India, Mr. Singhi combines academic excellence with professional gravitas.

In his role as the Co-founder of Poornima University and Director of Poornima Group, Mr. Singhi assumes a pivotal position in steering various facets of institutional development. His responsibilities include strategic and policy planning, orchestrating impactful outreach programs, cultivating vital partnerships and MOUs, overseeing admissions and branding initiatives, managing hostels, and implementing mentorship programs. This comprehensive approach underscores Mr. Singhi's commitment to ensuring the well-rounded growth and success of the institutions entrusted to his stewardship.

Sh. Gaurav Bansal is the Director of Bansal Group of Schools, Bansal Public School, Kota and Bansal Public School, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur in Rajasthan.
He graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani Dubai in 2012, Completed Courses of Managerial Accounting and Financial Control and Principles of Accounting from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2009, cleared CFA Level 1 in 2013, from CFA Institute and Executive course in ‘Strategic Leadership in schools in a changing Environment’ from IIM Ahmedabad in 2015.
Prior to contributing full time in the formal education, He was a full-time director at Bansal Classes Pvt. Ltd. managing coaching and test preparation business and Onest Milk Products Private Limited, a dairy venture of the family business.
He has over 10 years of experience in test preparation, dairy and formal education sector. He is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and start up enthusiast investor. He is one of the most innovative young leaders in the field of education and has received education excellence awards for the schools. He is also a promoter director in privately owned real estate companies.

Currently an Associate Professor at IIM Udaipur, Dr. Dugar is known for his passion for research, teaching, and mentorship, actively contributing to the academic and professional growth of students. Dr. Manoj Gupta, a distinguished academician and professional with a robust educational background—holding a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, M. Tech., and Ph.D. from MNIT, Jaipur—brings 25 years of comprehensive experience in industry, research, and academia. His career began as an Electrical Engineer in P.P.C.L., a Government of India Undertaking, in 1996.

Since joining Poornima Foundation in 2001, Dr. Gupta has progressively advanced to pivotal roles, serving as Director at PIET College and Director of Academics at Poornima Group of Colleges, Jaipur. Currently, he holds the position of Pro-President at Poornima University, Jaipur.

Dr. Gupta has played a key role in developing and implementing innovative teaching-learning processes, academic administration, and faculty training programs. With over 50 organized faculty training programs and content development, he is recognized as a motivating force for both students and faculty.

His impactful supervision has led to the completion of research work for three Ph.D. and 15 M.Tech. candidates, while presently guiding six Ph.D. scholars. Dr. Gupta's research contributions extend to over 50 published papers, including five patents. He is a life member of prestigious organizations such as the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and the Indian Society of Lighting Engineers (ISLE).

Acknowledging his significant efforts in energy conservation within the education sector, Dr. Gupta has twice received the Rajasthan Energy Conservation Award from the state government. Additionally, he has been elected twice as Secretary, Academics, Alumni Association of Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Dr. Sunil Kumar Gupta is presently working at Poornima University, Jaipur, as the Dean (R&D). Dr. Gupta completed his B.E. in Electrical Engineering in 2003, M. Tech in 2006 (specializing in Power Electronics, Machine Design, and Drives), and obtained his Ph.D. degree from MNIT Jaipur in Electrical Engineering in 2012.

With 20 years of extensive academic, research, and administrative experience, Dr. Gupta has made significant contributions to his field. He has authored more than 90+ research papers published in renowned national and international journals and conferences. Additionally, Dr. Gupta has supervised 4 Ph.D. and 4 Master’s students, and his research has resulted in the publication of over 35 patents.

Dr. Chandni Kirpalani, having earned her Ph.D. from MNIT, Jaipur, and a Master's degree from the University of Rajasthan, boasts 20 years of extensive experience in research and academics. Joining Poornima Foundation as a faculty member in 2005, she has steadily progressed to the position of Registrar at Poornima University, Jaipur.

In her role, Dr. Kirpalani has played a pivotal part in the establishment, planning, design, and implementation of various policies, rules, and regulations, as well as the introduction of innovative teaching-learning processes and academic administration. Under her guidance, four Ph.D. candidates have successfully completed their research work, and she currently oversees the progress of two Ph.D. scholars.

Dr. Chandni has contributed significantly to the academic and research landscape, with over 15 published research papers, including nine patents to her name. Her dedicated efforts underscore her commitment to advancing education and fostering a conducive learning environment at Poornima University, Jaipur.
