Dr. Shashi Tharoor, as the Chief Guest at the 6th Convocation of Poornima University:

On the occasion of our 6th Convocation ceremony, Chief Guest and MP Dr. Shashi Tharoor lauded Poornima University for the ground-breaking work in imparting higher education. Complimenting Poornima University’s vision of knowledge based on a scientific temper and the commitment of inspiring excellence, Dr. Tharoor added that he has immense confidence in the vigour and expertise of the graduates.

Minister of Higher Education, Gabon And Delegates Visit Poornima University:

Poornima University recently hosted a delegation led by Minister of Higher Education, Gabon, H.E. Mr. Jean De Dieu Moukagni-Iwangou and Mrs. Josephine Patricia-The first counsellor of Gabon in India along with 15 membered delegation comprising Director Generals and Vice-Chancellors of various universities of Gabon. During this visit an MOU was exchanged between both parties.

Poornima University received the Honor Of the upcoming Indian University in International Education: At the EAIE 2019,

Our Director – Mr. Rahul Singhi and President (Vice Chancellor) Dr. Suresh Chandra Padhy, received the honor of being an upcoming Indian University in International education on behalf of Poornima University from the Indian Ambassador to Finland and Estonia, Ms. Vani Rao. Here’s to many more memorable moments!

Poornima University Hosted 1st MMCIR:

First Meeting of Mutual Cooperation for International Relations at Poornima University was a huge success. The primary goal of this conference was to strengthen international relations of Poornima University with consultants having a proven track record of sending students to India. Over 26 guests from 20 countries gave their precious time and resources to attend this event.

Poornima University hosted the 67th National Kabaddi Championship:

It was no less than a moment of great pride for Poornima University to be the host of a prestigious event ’67th Senior National Kabaddi Championship’ (Men & Women) 2020, organized by the Rajasthan State Kabaddi Association from March 2-6, 2020 that also saw Deputy CM of Rajasthan Sh. Sachin Pilot present at the occasion for the valedictory program.

Proud Moment for The School of Public Health, Poornima University:

Prof. JVR Prasada Rao, is a visiting faculty at School of Public Health, Poornima University and a member of the Global Advisory Board, Government of West Bengal. He is also a former Union Health Secretary, Government of India as well as the Special Envoy to the Secretary General of the United Nations on HIV/AIDS for Asia Pacific region from 2013-2017. We are proud to have him on serving the community against this pandemic
